Would you like to register for PharmaSUG for $999, the Early Bird rate? Here's how:
Send the hotel confirmation number for your stay of 3 or more nights to the registrar, and we'll send you an email invitation to register for PharmaSUG 2024 at the Early Bird rate.

  • Only one Early Bird registration per room
  • You must register for PharmaSUG by May 3, 2024
PharmaSUG will reconcile this offer against the conference hotel guest list after the conference. If it is determined that you did not stay at the conference hotel, PharmaSUG will charge the $600 difference from the Early Bird rate to that of the FULL ONSITE REGISTRATION RATE of $1599.

*Academic registration is for full-time students only, or for those whose primary source of income comes from teaching classes at a high school, college, or university. Government registration is for those working directly for a government agency. **The presenter discount is not available until the paper selection process concludes in February. Potential presenters should wait until then to register.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on or before May 3, 2024 will be refunded at 90% of the event registration fee. Refunds will be issued by the same form of payment received. No refunds will be available after May 4, 2024. Registrations can be transferred to another individual for a $25 administrative fee.
