Guest Room Rates
The special conference rate for the hotel rooms is $165 per night plus applicable taxes.  You must identify yourself as a member of PharmaSUG to receive the special group rate.  The PharmaSUG held hotel rooms will be released on Wednesday, April 21, 2004 at 5:30pm PT.  After that date, reservations will be accepted only if hotel space is available, so make your reservations early!  Also, the special PharmaSUG room rate is available 3 days prior to and subsequent to the conference dates.

Early Departure
At the time of check-in, each guest will sign a reservation card, verifying the room nights reserved.  At this time, the reservation departure day may be changed.  After signing the reservation card, a $50 charge, plus tax, will be applied to all guests who depart one or more days prior to their scheduled departure date.  Please check with the reservation desk for more details.
 

Reservations
Individuals will make their own reservations directly with the Wyndham San Diego at Emerald Plaza, Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 5:30pm PT, by calling 1-800-996-3426.

Upon making a reservation, the credit card will be charged one room night plus tax.  This charge is refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival.

Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is Noon
