The
PharmaSUG conference is run entirely by volunteers and
everyone is invited to help out at the conference. Volunteering is
fun and enables you to meet more of your fellow conference
attendees. Who knows, you might even like it so much that you decide
to get involved in planning a future PharmaSUG
conference!

| Bag
Stuffing |
Help organize registration materials and giveaway items on Saturday
before the conference begins |

Best Paper
Judges |
Attend and judge papers in a section
as they are presented to determine the Best Paper award winners |
|
Photographer (optional) |
Wander around the conference (all areas and all scheduled
functions), capture conference attendees at their best (or most
interesting), and shoot the general conference areas |
|
Poster Set Up & Tear Down |
Assist authors in setting up and
taking down their poster displays |

Registration |
Assist in handing out registration
materials |
Session
Coordinators |
Assist the section chair with
equipment, room lighting, and time keeping in a morning or afternoon
session to ensure that paper sessions run smoothly |

Hands-on Workshop
Coordinators |
This year for the
first time, assist these new section chairs with our own hands-on
workshops |
