If payment is not received by the end date for the corresponding registration fee, registration fees will be increased to those of the next registration time period. Example: You register on March 30, 2016 (for Early Registration) but you pay on August 3, 2016. Your registration fee is $380 USD/¥2280 Chinese Yuan. Likewise, if you register on August 15, 2016 (for Regular Registration) but you pay on August 23, your registration is considered Late/Onsite Registration and your registration fee is $430 USD/¥2580 Chinese Yuan.
Presenter’s Discount: Prices above reflect a discount for presenters. Presenters pay only US $250 or ¥1500 Chinese Yuan if registered and paid by August 1, 2016.
Refund Policy: There will be NO refunds after July 4, 2016. Refunds will be issued prior to July 4, 2016, minus an Administration Fee of US $25 or ¥150.
FaPiao: After your online conference registration is done, you will receive a receipt which can be used for reimbursement. If you need a FaPiao, please complete the FaPiao Request Form (XLS, 27K. Send the completed form to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . After your payment is confirmed, an invoice will be mailed to you.
