Online Conference

PharmaSUG China online conference is scheduled for November 12-13 (no pre-seminar). Participants who have registered the original offline conference through CVENT or BagEvent will be automatically transferred to the online conference. If you have not registered for the conference before, the registration system is still open. Welcome to register for the online conference!

- CVENT (pay by credit card and NO FaPiao)
- BagEvent (pay by WeChat Pay/ Alipay/ China e-Bank and FaPiao available).

Fees

Balance Plan

For the participants who have paid the original offline conference registration fee, considering many problems and difficulties processing refunds, the conference committee proposes to reserve the price difference as the balance for next year, which is called "balance plan". For example: If a participant has purchased regular early bird ticket (2412 RMB) and a pre-seminar (871 RMB), the balance is (2412+871-650) =2633 RMB. The conference committee will send an email to attendees stating their balance and providing them with a balance code that can be applied to PharmaSUG China 2022 offline conference fee.

If you do not accept the balance plan, we can process a refund for free. Please contact the conference committee (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) for more details. Note: The deadline for this application is November 7. No refunds will be accepted after this date, but you can still change attendees' information for free.

Fapiao

Electronic Fapiao: will be sent to the registration email before the conference.

Paper Fapiao: Regarding the registrants who supposed to collect the paper Fapiao on site will be contacted by the conference committee before the end of November and the Fapiao will be mailed to you free of charge.
