Data Dependent Footers using Proc Report

Sometimes it can be faster and easier to create tables and/or listings using "Proc Report" instead of "Data _Null_". This paper presents one way of having a footer on each page that indicates if the data that is printed will continue on the next page. In other words, Patient xxx continues on the next page.
