SAS01 The SAS P21 Data Explorer (P21DE) is a tool based on, but not restricted to, the emerging CDISC (SDS) guidelines. It allows users to browse patient population data in a clinical context. Unlike most generic data visualization tools, the P21DE does not re quire the user to understand the structure of the underlying data. Rather, the user can directly analyze demographic, safety, and efficacy data with regard to specific clinical measures. For instance, using the P21DE users can analyze safety data by selec ting specific laboratory measures and viewing how these values change from baseline or between visits or compared to lab normal ranges. Features include: - Data selected/presented in a clinical context - Visit summaries generated with the ability to exp and/collapse - per visit columns - Color coding based on external normal ranges or by user - definition (traffic lighting) - Clinical context filtering and sorting, such as grouping by age - ranges or outcomes - Exporting data This talk will descri be the basic functionality of the P21DE product and provide an update on new functionality for the next release. |
