Recovering Lost Lines: Using the Whole Page with Proc Report

Since the FDA went to the 12pt font requirement for submissions, it is more important than ever to have complete control of the total page for designing tables. When using proc report to design these tables SAS automatically outputs a line after all titles and before all footnotes. A simple macro will be presented to remove these blank lines when extra lines are needed to fit a report on a page.
