MacStat: A Statistical Analysis and Reporting System using SAS Macros, Visual Basic, and Microsoft Word

Two of the many challenges for statisticians is one, generate statistical analysis without reinventing the wheel and two, how to convert statistical output into Microsoft Word tables for submission purposes. This paper presents the MacStat system, a combi nation of SAS macros and Visual Basic technology used to solve the problem.
