If payment is not received by the end date for the corresponding registration fee, registration fees will be increased to those of the next registration time period. Example: You register on March 30, 2014 (for Early Registration) but you pay on August 5, 2014. Your registration fee is $300 USD/¥1800 Chinese Yuan. Likewise, if you register on August 1, 2014 (for Regular Registration) but you pay on August 16, your registration is considered Late/Onsite Registration and your registration fee is $350 USD/¥2100 Chinese Yuan.
Presenter’s Discount: Prices above reflect a discount for presenters. Presenters pay only US $170 or ¥1020 Chinese Yuan if registered and paid by June 30, 2014.
Refund Policy: There will be NO refunds after June 30, 2014. Refunds will be issued prior to June 30, 2014, minus an Administration Fee of US $25 or ¥150.
FaPiao: After your online conference registration is done, you will receive a receipt which can be used for reimbursement. If you need a FaPiao, please complete the FaPiao Request Form (PDF, 46K) and send it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. After your payment is confirmed, an invoice will be mailed to you.
Incentive for Registering Early: If you register and pay all fees by May 31, 2014, your name will be entered into a drawing for a cash prize at the Closing Session. There will be two lucky winners! Attendees who do not pay any registration fees are not eligible for this drawing.
