PharmaSUG is the Pharmaceutical Industry SAS® Users Group, consisting of professionals worldwide in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries who use SAS software in their work. It is a non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to provide a forum for the exchange of information and the promotion of new ideas concerning the use of SAS software as it relates to quantitative health sciences including epidemiology, health economics, health management, outcomes research, biostatistics, clinical research and the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industries. PharmaSUG is governed year round by an Executive Committee of past and future conference chairs who volunteer their time and expertise. PharmaSUG holds an annual conference in the spring of each year. The conference location, in the United States, usually alternates between the West Coast in the even numbered years and the East Coast in the odd numbered years. An entirely volunteer Conference Committee including Section Chairs organizes the conference. PharmaSUG publishes this website as a vehicle for disseminating information to PharmaSUG affiliates.
