Management is a new section for 2006 and provides a broad range of topics and issues facing programmers, consultants, executives and front-line supervisors in today's ever changing pharmaceutical and bio-tech industries. Topics include recruiting and retention, programming metrics, temporary work force challenges, interpersonal interactions, quality control vs. meeting commitments, tips for new managers, etc.
